Cardio Tennis is a
fun, new group activity featuring drills to give players of all
skill levels an ultimate high energy workout. It includes a
5-10 minute warm-up, a 30-50 minute cardio workout, and a 5-10
minute cool-down. Most of the workout phase will include
fast-paced drills, where the instructor feeds balls to players
based on their ability and fitness level.

Cardio classes are open to both men
and women. *Non-members can participate in up to 3 six-week
sessions before becoming IRC members. New players to IRC who have
participated in at least 2 six-week sessions are eligible for a
50% discount on a first-year IRC membership. New sessions start
every 6 weeks. At least five participants are required to
start a session.
