Playoffs are based on total number of points/team as well as final position in each division as well as win-
ning
percentage since the Divisions have different number of teams. The team finishing last in Division 1 does
not move
into the playoffs.
All first round matches are to be played April 23-25.
All final round matches are to be played May 14-16.
