Competitive Pricing IRC prides itself on offering competitive pricing, in many cases below its competition.  If a competitor's pricing is lower than IRC's price, the IRC Pro Shops will match that competitor's price when the competitor price is presented in advertised print form.  Even better, all general IRC service and product policies apply to the adjusted price.
Warranty Returns

The IRC Pro Shops are there to help you when a manufacturer's defect upends your game.  If your racquet purchased from IRC Pro Shops experiences any manufacturer's defect, IRC will send the damaged product back to the manufacturer at our expense.   Simply return the damaged item with your original receipt.  Most manufacturers will warranty a tennis racquet for one year from the date of purchase.   Normal turn-around time on warranty returns is 4 to 6 weeks.

   You did not purchase your item from the IRC Pro Shops?  No problem!  We extend the same warranty return privileges to those who did not purchase their item from us; however, a $30.00 service charge will be assessed.
